Your Healthcare Advocates — With Over a Decade of Experience

With more than 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, we are proud to serve our community by making healthcare simpler and more accessible. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a difference — and that’s exactly what we strive to do.

Independent, Impartial, and Here for You

As licensed brokers contracted with multiple insurance companies, we maintain an unbiased perspective. This means we focus on what matters most: finding the right plan for you, not for the insurance company.

Each year, we complete extensive training, attend regular meetings with insurance carriers, and stay up-to-date through direct access to service departments. We're always learning — so you don’t have to navigate this alone.

Empowering You Through Simplicity

Health insurance can be overwhelming. Our job is to break it down into simple terms so you feel confident making informed decisions about your care. Whether you're new to Medicare, changing plans, or have questions about benefits, we're here to help.

How to Get Started

You have several ways to connect with us — choose what works best for you:

  • 📲 Prefer digital? We can email or text you the form.
  • ⚙️ Already know what you need? You can auto-enroll and then email a broker to review your enrollment.

⚖️ The Legal Stuff CMS Requires Us to Tell You

(Yeah, we know — but it’s important.)

We do not offer every plan available in your area.
Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area.

To get information on all of your options, please contact
Medicare.gov or call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227) — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

And just to be clear: if we can't sell you a plan, it's not because we’re trying to withhold options — it’s because we’re only licensed and contracted to represent specific carriers. We’re not risking our license (or your trust) by overstepping that.

Scope of Appointment – Required Before We Meet

Before we can discuss Medicare Advantage or Part D Prescription Drug Plans, we're required by Medicare to have a Scope of Appointment (SOA) form completed. This form ensures that you are informed and in control of what topics will be discussed during your appointment.

Why it matters:
This rule protects you by documenting the specific topics you’d like to cover — and helps us stay compliant with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines.

Here’s how it works:

  • You complete and sign the SOA form before your appointment
  • It can be done online, via email, text, or in person. Print here.
  • It's valid for the appointment only and can be updated if needed

Please Note:
We cannot legally discuss plan details without a completed SOA on file. If you’re unsure how to complete it, don’t worry —
we’ll guide you through it quickly and easily.

Benefits of Using a Medicare Broker

What is a Medicare broker?

A Medicare broker is a licensed professional who helps you choose the best Medicare plan by comparing options from various insurance providers and offering unbiased advice.

Choosing the right Medicare plan can be overwhelming, but working with a Medicare broker offers several advantages that make the process easier and more effective.

Here are the key benefits:

1. Access to a Wide Range of Plans and Options

  • Variety of Choices: A Medicare broker provides access to a broad selection of plans from multiple insurance companies. This variety enables you to compare different options and select the plan that best suits your healthcare needs and budget.
  • Unbiased Comparison: Since brokers are not tied to a single insurance company, they offer an impartial view of what’s available, allowing you to see the full spectrum of options without any bias.

2. Expert Knowledge and Up-to-Date Information

  • In-Depth Understanding: Medicare brokers have extensive knowledge of the Medicare system, including the latest changes in policies, coverage options, and enrollment procedures. This expertise helps you make informed decisions based on current and accurate information.
  • Simplifying Complexities: They can break down complex Medicare terms and details into easy-to-understand information, ensuring you fully grasp what each plan offers.

3. Personalized Service and Ongoing Support

  • Tailored Recommendations: A Medicare broker provides personalized service by taking the time to understand your unique healthcare needs, financial situation, and preferences. They offer recommendations that are specifically tailored to your circumstances.
  • Continuous Assistance: After you’ve selected and enrolled in a plan, a broker remains available to assist with any questions, changes, or issues that may arise. This ongoing support ensures that you always have the right coverage as your needs evolve.

4. Cost Transparency and No Additional Fees for Using a Broker

  • No Extra Costs: One of the key benefits of using a Medicare broker is that their services are typically free to you. Brokers are compensated by the insurance companies, so you don’t pay any additional fees for their assistance.
  • Clear Cost Comparisons: Brokers help you understand the costs associated with each plan, including premiums, co-pays, and out-of-pocket expenses, ensuring transparency and helping you avoid unexpected costs.

In summary, using a Medicare broker offers significant advantages, including access to a wide range of plans, expert advice, personalized service, and cost transparency. Their support can make a complex process much more manageable and ensure you select the best Medicare plan for your needs.
